We are happy to inform you that there is NO CNY surcharge at our salon for package customers.
However, please note that standard festive period rates will apply from 16 January to 15 February 2026.
Our team will also be having a well-deserved break over CNY and our salons will be closed from 16 to 20 Feb 2026, regular operating hours will resume on 21 Feb 2026.
To request for an appointment, kindly complete the request for appointment form below or book via WhatsApp at least 2 days before your desired appointment date and time. If you do not receive any confirmation from us, it means your appointment has not been confirmed. Kindly contact our salon for confirmation before making your way down to our salon.
• Please kindly note in the event if you are late for more than 15 minutes for your confirmed appointment with your stylist, we reserve the rights to serve another customer first.
• Do kindly understand that during this week before CNY, we have many requests for appointments. As much as we try to keep to your appointment timing during this period, timing of services for customers before you varies depending on what services they want to do. Hence, it is very difficult for us to keep to the exact schedule. You may be required to wait (even though you turn up on time) as customers before you may have requests or hair conditions which need a longer than expected processing and service time.
As we want you to look your best during CNY, we will try our best to accommodate to your requests as much as possible. However we seek your kind understanding and patience on any possible delay during this period.
